Minimum 6+ years experience in structural calculations for unitised curtain walls, spider fittings, and high-span fins. Knowledge of STAAD, SAP2000, and Mepla.
Forensic Diagnostics and Water Testing Specialist
4+ years in field investigation of building envelopes. Experience with AAMA 501.2 calibrated spray nozzles, smoke testing, thermal cameras, and defect mapping.
Senior Facade Project Manager
8+ years managing occupied commercial building recladding, procurement descoping, shop drawing reviews, and field quality audits.
3D | Revit | BIM Facade Modeler
Proficiency in parametric modeling with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Revit. Detail generation for complex geometric double-curved envelopes.
Heritage Facade Conservation Architect
Expertise in historic masonry, terracotta, and stone conservation. Experience with 3D laser point-cloud scanning and regulatory compliance.
